A Brass Chandelier for Any Room
Buying a chandelier can be really fun but sometimes it’s hard to find the right one for a specific room. You may not feel like your room is grand enough for a crystal chandelier and you don’t want it to stand out like a sore thumb. Maybe you feel like crystal is just too much for your tastes. That’s why brass chandeliers can work a lot better for any room.
Brass chandeliers are a more subtle way to bring the style of a chandelier to your place. They work a bit better in bedrooms and studies, whereas crystal tends to work well for the dining room. Brass is a very classic material, working well with a Victorian look. But it can also add a bit of vintage style to a country cottage themed room, or it can even act as a focal point for an otherwise brightly colored room.
Antique brass designs are a bit different than modern solid brass. They are more ornate and will work well for any room that may be themed to a certain decade. They make great period pieces. Modern brass chandeliers are a bit more streamlined in their design and will work with more contemporary rooms.
